She is a local born and raised Arizona artist. Tonya finds painting to be a form of meditation that allows her to be present in the moment and mindful of the world around. You can often times find her hiking and painting outdoors next to a cactus.
She has always loved Starry Night and wanted to create a desert piece with that painting in mind.
