An updated version of the popular Batch Chonky! Hand made, hand bottled, hand labeled in KCMO. This batch has heavier Szechuan peppercorn notes and an bigger emphasis on mung beans. Made with a slow cooking process that infuses the chili oil with aromatics and fresh garlic. The chili oil is then finished with toasted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and toasted mung beans. This is vegan, gluten free, nut allergen friendly*
