Jolene retired from IBM where she led best practices in IT Service Operations. Since retiring, she has served on several non-profit boards. She now stays actively engaged with outdoor sports, watercolor art, and socializing with friends. She stays connected with business professionals as a personal coach. She joined the Erie Rotary in 2021 to support her community and build new friendships.
