Walk for The Trail

WHY:   To raise project funding for environmental repairs along the Historic Coast Walk Trail in support of our community and to help protect this amazing natural asset.

WHEN:   Thursday October 22, 2020           Two options for sign up:

                      Sunrise Hike 7-9am

                                    or

                      Sunset Hike 4:30-6:30pm

WHO:   La Jolla Rotarian Community & Friends of Coast Walk Trail.   To comply with COVID socially distances guidelines we are limiting hiking groups to 6 or less. Masks will be provided.   Participation will be limited so sign up early

COST:  $50.00 per hiker.

At check-in, you will receive: a mask, water, water bottle, several discount coupons from local businesses, self guided trail passport/map highlighting points of interest along the trail, information about the trail repairs and the efforts by Friends of Coast Walk Trail. Turn in your completed Trail Passport and be eligible for potentially fabulous prizes.

WHERE:   Historic Coast Walk Trail is a moderate .6-mile scenic hike traversing along the coastline north of La Jolla Cove overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Scripps Coastal Reserve. Two Check-in options
