Volunteer - Loan Closet

Volunteers are needed for this important community service by covering a two week period (on average 6-10 requests). Must have own transportation. Volunteers coordinate a time with the requestor to meet at the storage facility to pick up or drop off medical equipment loans. About the Loan Closet: The Loan Closet is a collaborative effort between the Erie Community Center and the Rotary Club to provide on loan, durable medical equipment, such as wheelchairs, walkers, shower benches, etc. to those recovering from surgery or medical conditions in the Erie community. 

Small donations are solicited for the service. Individuals can also donate to the Rotary Club from this page.

Individuals in need of a medical equipment loan should contact the Erie Community Center or call (303) 926-2795. The Community Center forwards the request to the Rotary Club to coordinate with the requestor to pick up or return the equipment at Erie U Storage.
