The Rose Garden at Mesa Community College was established in 1997 and built in stages, in partnership between Mesa Community College and the Mesa-East Valley Rose Society. Through the efforts of countless volunteers and generous contributors, the garden has become a landmark that celebrates roses as the National Floral emblem of the United States, a symbol of "Love, Friendship, Beauty, and Peace".
Now is Rotary's turn to make an impact on this local treasure. Tempe South, along with Mesa West Rotary Club will be engaging in a multi-day project to revitalize several aspects of the garden area.
Specific assignments will vary by day, based on previous progress and the number of hands available! All are welcome.
