Kim Balentine is a Raleigh, North Carolina-based artist whose work is deeply influenced by her travels to foreign coastlines and her appreciation for art history. Inspired by Impressionism, her color palette and storytelling capture the essence of her experiences.
My work depicts a collection of experiences, including documenting history and exploring the powers of beauty, transformation, and internal emotions. Expression, energy, color and movement are important aspects to my work.
