The 1,296 square foot Villas sleep up to 6 guests and include 2 gas fireplaces, living room with flat screen TV, DVD Player, and pull-out sofa sleeper, dining area, full kitchen, private balconies/patio, and a washer & dryer and more!.
A transaction fee of 5% plus $0.30 will be applied, to ensure that the intended bid amount is received by the organization.
All Villas contain steps or stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. Checkin time after 4pm 2/17/23, checkout time before 10am 2/24/23. Checkin for arrivals after 10pm are at the Best Western Arroyo Roble Hotel Lobby. Pets are not allowed on the resort property. Maximum occupancy 6 persons.
