Enjoy a 3-night stay that this charming, classic cabin located in the gated Bills Island community. Just minutes from Lakeside Lodge, ATV/snowmobile trails, Island Park Reservoir, and gorgeous scenery. . The cabin has 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths, sleeps up to 10 guests, and has the following amenities: Wifi, TV, Kayaks & dollies, an outdoor fire pit with wood, a fireplace, and a free community boat launch.

A transaction fee of 5% plus $0.30 will be applied, to ensure that the intended bid amount is received by the organization. Booking would need to occur 12 months from the auction date. Guests would have to book their own transportation/flights to the property. Availability is determined by current bookings already in place.
