We continue to improve Fall Fest every year with free admission to headliner bands, especially on Sunday, to maintain big crowds throughout the full weekend. We bring you the people; you close the sale.

Apply online - Include via email 1 picture of your display and 3-5 product photos and/or menu of all food items you would like to sell. Returning vendors do not need to re-send photos unless your work/menu has changed.

All payments will be processed immediately upon receipt. The first judging round is in June (earlier than last year). Notification of the selection committee’s decision will be sent upon their final decision. You’ll be notified of your vendor status via email. Confirmation of payment receipt is not a space confirmation and does not guarantee a vendor space in Townsend Rotary Fall Fest.  There is no "first-come, first served" option.

As there are limited spaces, a selection committee will meet in June to judge and select, waitlist, or decline vendors for Fall Fest 2025. If you’re not selected, your payment will be fully refunded unless you want to be waitlisted for an open space. Waitlist status require full payment. Applications received after June 20, 2025, will be selected as space is available. Incomplete applications may not be considered.

Booths - All spaces are outside, either in the park or on the street. There is no power available. You need to furnish your own tents, tables, chairs, weights, water, etc. Only super quiet (no more than 58 dB) generators are allowed. There are homes nearby and loud generators hurts the ambiance of the event.  This is strictly enforced!  Food vendors, let us know if you need generator accommodations.

No pets are allowed by vendors in or around your booth—make arrangements for their off-site care ahead of the show.

Townsend Rotary Fall Fest will take no responsibility for any damage or theft of vendor’s product or display facilities; we also take no responsibility for any damage that your display, product, tent, etc. causes to people or property.

Fees are non-refundable after September 1, 2025. This is a rain, wind or shine event. Please use sandbags, ice jugs, heavy weights, etc. to secure your booth. Bring space heaters, bug spray and/or fans for your comfort. Battery or solar operated lights are a great idea! They can increase your sales.

Non-approved items will need to be removed from your booth or you will have to leave the show without a refund. Some items that are not allowed include:  toys or items that shoot or launch projectiles, bullwhips, pornography, etc. Sale of firearms is not permitted. Firearms raffles are permitted, firearms must be disabled.

Exhibitors must be present and open to the public during all advertised show hours.  Fall Fest will start with live music and beer & brats on Friday.   Friday is optional; you may be open for sales if you choose.  You may NOT take your booth down before close of the show on Sunday at 5pm – this hurts the show, your neighbors’ ability to continue to sell, and is disruptive for the attending public. Product boxes and excessive garbage must be torn down and disposed of by vendors—DO NOT fill up the public’s garbage cans with business product containers.

Location:   Heritage Park (1/2 block off Hwy 287, next to the Swimming Pool)

Set-up Time:   Friday after 2pm &/or Saturday starting at 7am.  If you have not checked in by Saturday at 7:30am, your booth space will be given to a vendor on the waitlist.

Vendor Vehicle Parking: To make room for buying customers, parking will be in designated areas only.   Cars must be removed after unloading and by 9am Saturday and Sunday mornings and may not be brought into the show until there are no crowds (and after Saturday 6pm and Sunday 5pm).  Parking is across the highway or at least 3 blocks from the show. No driving is allowed in the park. No parking is allowed in alleys.

When you arrive, check in at the Information Tent in Heritage Park for your space assignment. We cannot guarantee specific requests, but we’ll do our best.
