Vendor Information

• Online applications and electronic payments are preferred as reflected in the fee schedule below.

MAIL-IN APPLICATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF RECEIVED BY AUGUST 31, 2023.  

ONLINE APPLICATIONS WILL STILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT DATE.

*Additional space may be purchased for $100 per 10’x10’.

• You may still request a hard copy application and send in a money order or check. Please remember that fees are higher for vendors submitting hard copy applications.
• Let us know via email if you don’t want your pictures used for Townsend Rotary Fall Fest publicity, or to have your website or social media linked.
