The people and organizations who stand on the front lines of rights work are extraordinary. They bring fierce, unwavering energy to fight injustice and create liberatory futures for all of us.

But here's the challenge: most of these organizations are so focused on doing the work that they don't have the resources to invest in themselves. They're running on sheer willpower, staying in "fight" mode to push forward—but fight energy alone isn't sustainable.

Without tools to stabilize and recover, this energy can lead to exhaustion, burnout, or worse—internal conflict that threatens to implode the work from within. And when this happens, we don't just lose the people on the front lines—we lose the progress they've fought so hard to achieve.

That's why we're launching a bold initiative to support the rights defenders who support us all. This program will:

• Equip organizations with resilience practices to direct fight energy and reduce burnout
• Help teams address internal tensions and build strong, sustainable relational dynamics
• Create pathways for organizations to focus fully on sustainably advancing justice and liberation
