Painting FUN with Ms. Megan Acacia- MPR

Join Ms. Megan for a  7 week unique winter painting class that will have student artists leaving with a smile on their faces, a wider knowledge of contemporary artists and art techniques AND most importantly, art they can be proud of! From miniature paintings to unconventional portraits inspired by working artists, students will be using acrylic paint, pens, paper, canvas, found materials and print-making tricks to create individual artworks. each class will include a brief arts how, so that students can learn art critique etiquette and begin to learn to walkabout their pieces. 

All 1st-6th grade Acacia Elementary students are invited to join an after-school Foundation Class taught by our very talented Artist/Educator Ms. Megan, who makes each lesson engaging, memorable and fun!

Wednesday's 12:35-1:50 January- February  planned for the MPR, but if weather disrupts our plans, room may vary a notice will be posted on the MPR door if room change is needed.
