A transaction fee of 5% plus $0.30 will be applied, to ensure that the intended bid amount is received by the organization.
A stay can be reserved, based on availability, anytime during the year with the exception of Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s weeks. Nights must be used during one stay. The winner has 24 months to travel.
