Let the Creativity Flow with Ms. Megan. Acacia-1

All 1st-6th grade Acacia Elementary students are invited to join an after-school Foundation Class taught by our very talented Artist/Educator Ms. Megan, who makes each lesson engaging, memorable and fun!

In this 7 week class, students artists will flex their creativity! With color, form and composition as our foundation, student artists will look at examples of famous works by great masters in painting, drawing, and sculpture then create their own masterpieces using paint, charcoal, cardboard, canvas, and found objects. Student Artists will create vibrant paintings on canvas, experiment armature-making and mixed media sculpture, find forms and sharpen drawing-from-life skills, create rich and dramatic compositions and learn and refine their painting and drawing techniques. Come with a good attitude and willingness to try and the creativity will flow.
