Convergence - I was inspired to create an image that embodied a mix of
abstract expression and eye popping character work. There is a special
blend of styles in this piece. It felt like all my years of practicing different
techniques had converged into single idea.
Matthew Laurence Knott - I am a multidisciplinary artist based in South Orange County, California. I am self-taught and best known for my eye-popping characters and obsession with color. Growing up I found my inspiration in comic books, cartoons, and street art. My goal is to distract viewers with my work and invoke a state of bliss and joy. My art has taken me around the world collaborating with brands such as Armani, Levono, and Samsung.
