If the the unsafe behavior continues after the parent involvement, the child will be removed from the class permanently. A prorated class fee will be reimbursed, if applicable. As the guardian, I have read this policy and and agree with these terms. I give permission for all attendees and their art to be photographed by All the Arts for All the Kids Foundation to be used for marketing and on their social media platforms and website. I understand my artists will be working with glass and materials that cut glass. AtA F Artists/Educators will always be present and available to supervise students and secure all safety precautions are followed. In the event of accident or injury I assume responsibility, and release All the Arts for All the Kids Foundation, all owners and affiliates of any and all claims of liability.
