Winners have 18 months to schedule their trip and 3 years to travel before the certificate expires. Winners will receive a welcome email from Raise Away, after that winners will work one-on-one with the Raise Away booking & concierge team to identify dates to travel and schedule their trip. The concierge team will be available to help coordinate airfare, airport picks up, and drop off dinners, and activities.
