style lunch daily in the field between your morning and afternoon hunts. You will have a

refreshments as you hunt.

Trip includes: 4 Hunters, 6 hunts, daily hunting land rights, overnight lodge
accommodations (3 nights) double occupancy, all meals, all wine, beer, and
spirits – full-open bar; Professional guide service for each hunter;

You will be charged a 5% fee as a donation to cover the payment processing.
A transaction fee of 5% plus $0.30 will be applied, to ensure that the intended bid amount is received by the organization.
24 months to travel - . Winner is encouraged to reserve within 45 days of
purchase to ensure best dates.
•Trips are for Hunters. Add on hunters can add on to the trip at time of booking.
•Trip is recommended to be booked within 45 days of the auction event to secure
the best dates.
•Dates are subject to availability at the lodges.
Multiple trips purchased in the same auction event must be taken on separate
dates.
•Trip packages are non-transferable and cannot be sold at other events.
•The trip will expire after 2 years from the auction purchase date and no
longer be valid for travel.

1. We suggest booking a trip within 45 days of purchase to ensure best dates.
2. Once trip dates are confirmed, incurred fees for trip cancellation or date
changes will be the buyer's responsibility.
4. Airfare is not included in the trip.
5. Trips are non-transferrable.
6. Gun entry permits can be purchased upon entry into Argentina for personal
guns. Otherwise gun rental is $75.00 per day at the lodge.
7. Shells must be purchased at the lodge ($14.75/box for local shells ); $60
per day to personal bird assistant, per hunter.
8. Argentina Dove Hunting trip licenses ($65/day per hunter) must be purchased
separately.
9. Any extracurricular activities, such as city tours, shopping trips, horseback
riding, are not included in the trip price but can be booked and added to the trip
at an additional rate.
10. Massages at lodge can be booked and purchased at an additional rate.
11. Gratuities not included.
12. Phone calls and any other items or services of a strictly personal nature
are not included in the trip price.
13. Baggage overweight charges, and travel, personal or baggage
insurance must be purchased separately.
14. Hotel stays and transfers in Buenos Aires or any other city of travel are
not included in the trip package.
**Trip is for 4 hunters based on double occupancy. There is a $125 a night
surcharge for private room.
