This private vacation home is nestled in the downtown area of Napa, making it perfect for easy access to wineries, restaurants, and shopping. Easily access everything the Oxbow Market has to offer in a 2-minute walk.
The Residence:
This historic 1930s home offers three spacious bedrooms (two king and one queen bed) and two designer-appointed bathrooms. It is located near Oxbow district and is the perfect walking distance to everything in downtown Napa. It was recently remodeled in 2019 with a top-of-the-line kitchen and a wonderful outdoor patio. This home has a designer's touch while keeping the original historic 1930s wood floor refinished.
A transaction fee of 5% plus $0.30 will be applied, to ensure that the intended bid amount is received by the organization.
