WHAT IS DOLLY PARTON’S IMAGINATION LIBRARY?

A FREE, high-quality book every month in the mail for ALL children ages 0 to 5! 

Dolly says, “my Daddy was the smartest man I have ever known but I know in my heart his inability to read probably kept him from fulfilling all of his dreams. Inspiring kids to love to read became my mission…and here we are today with a worldwide program that gives a book a month to well over 2 million children.”

WHAT ARE OUR GOALS?

1.   Develop a love of reading and books in all young children
2.  Encourage and support reading aloud in the home, helping to improve language       arts proficiency of children entering kindergarten
3.  Register as many Verde Valley children as possible to receive their FREE book-a-month mailed directly to their home address with their name on it
