Have you ever supported a farm through a Community Supported Agriculture C.S.A box? The Quarterly Flour Share is similar to a C.S.A. in that it supports our flour making schedules to include a percentage back to our collective through a subscidy provided by the community. The community therefore gets access to more flour on a planned scedule, the farmer can plant accordingly and get pre-paid for their plantings, the chef's can prepare their meal plans to feed the rural health to positive effect social determins of health.
