THE NEWHALL ROTARY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

Established in August of 1977 as a Not for Profit with Tax Exempt Status under the IRS code 501 (C) (3)

The purpose of the corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person.  It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Corporation Law for charitable purposes. The charitable purposes of the corporation are to support charities within the confines of the area assigned to the Newhall Rotary Club by Rotary International.  

Rotary International is the world’s first service club organization, with more than 1.2 million members in 33,000 clubs worldwide. Rotary club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto Service Above Self.

The Rotary Club of Santa Clarita Valley Current President, Vice President, Club Treasurer, Club Secretary and 6 Other Rotarian Members at Large make up the Board of "THE NEWHALL ROTARY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION"
