Exhibitor Registration Information
Here's an opportunity to connect resources with those who may need mental health and similar services. It's an opportunity to educate the community on what's available to them and that they're not alone. Your participation will play a vital role in bridging these connections and making a positive impact in the community. As a resources group, you will be able to set up materials and information about your services in a dedicated spot. canopy and any tables and chairs will not be provided by the event and must be brought by the group. If reserved before April 17th the registration fee is $75 and will be $100 afterwards. Set up time is 7am and tear down no sooner than noon. Parking on site is free for all resource groups. We request you provide $100 in value of freebies or giveaways for the walk participants. We will be providing the participants with a landing page that will list our all resources as well to be able to have after the event and utilize the information easily and privately. We understand many resources may be non-profits and we have a hardship waiver application if required. We firmly believe that your involvement in the Mental Health March will make a positive impact on the community and contribute to the overall success of the event. Together, we can create a supportive network that fosters mental health awareness and provides resources to those in need.
