You now have the opportunity to combine your love of our national pastime: baseball, and your desire to help those in need through Hits For Humanity™ — a fundraising campaign to help end hunger.
Baseball is all about following the stats. On average, professional baseball teams play 81 home games a season. By garnering pledges per hit from individuals, corporations and civic groups, major strides can be made in reducing hunger in America.
Follow your favorite team's batting average. With an average number of 8.4 hits per game, your pledge of only twenty-five cents per hit will raise $25 per month during the six month season and you will change the lives of those in need forever.
Now is the time to step up to the plate and help us fill the plates of those who are hungry in America.
