Tempe South Rotary will once again assist the Tempe Fire Medical Rescue Department install fire detectors throughout the community where needed.
Smoke Detector Installation in cooperation with the Tempe Fire Medical Rescue Department and the Arizona Burn Foundation. The detectors are provided by the Burn Foundation and they also provide all the necessary tools for doing the installs.
Registration and a short training class will begin at 8:30 AM and installations will begin at 9:00 AM. This event will target an area in east central Tempe with the boundaries being Price Road on the east, Smith Road on the West, University Drive on the North and Apache Boulevard on the South.
Meet at: Escalante Park – 2150 E. Orange Street in Tempe.
The event normally concludes between 11:00 and noon. Come out, meet some new people and maybe save a life.
