Tempe South Rotary & The Transplant Community Alliance - Donor Dash

Tempe South will once again be a sponsor of the 2022 TCA Donor Dash at Kiwanis Park. We will have a table to talk to folks about the great work we do in the community. Need some volunteers to man the table. Here's the scope: 

• The event is on the Northside of Kiwanis Park - 101 W Baseline Rd. Tempe, AZ

• The entrance is off of Baseline Rd and Ash Ave. See attached map. 

• You will see the “Vendor/Volunteer Check-In” sign in the parking lot near the playground - please go to that Table for further instructions on where to set up your table.   

• We are providing a 6-foot table and 2 chairs.  

• The main portion of the event is located on the soccer field.

• If we have not received your silent auction item yet, we will come around to your table to collect before 8 a.m.

Timeline

Volunteers begin arriving at 6:30 a.m. 

Vendors/sponsors begin arriving at 7 a.m. 

All set up completed by 8 a.m.

Registration/Check in for racers/walkers begins at 8 a.m.

Races begin at 9 a.m. 

Races conclude around 10:30 a.m. 

Awards given out after race conclusion

Silent auction closes on/or around 10:45 a.m.

Clean up completed by noon
